Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. AyuKrit reserves the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion if any fraudulent transaction or misuse of our services is detected.

Cancellation Before Shipment

    • If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at wecare@ayukrit.com or calling our customer support at 7387999739 (available Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 9 PM).

    • Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund within 2-5 business days.


Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-5 business days.

    • For transactions made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.


Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

How to Return an Order

We offer an easy return policy to ensure your satisfaction. You can raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order.

Steps to Raise a Return Request:

    1. Contact our Customer Support at wecare@ayukrit.com or call 7387999739 within 5 days of delivery.

    1. Provide your order ID and share images or videos showing the batch number and invoice, along with any issues (e.g., damage, leakage, wrong product).

    1. Once your return request is verified, our logistics partner will pick up the product within 4-7 business days.

Conditions for a Valid Return:

    • Products must be returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

    • Free gifts or accessories included with the product must also be returned.


Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns

    • If the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging.

    • If the request is initiated after 5 days of receiving the delivery.

    • If the product is a free item or promotional gift.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 5 days of delivery by:

    1. Emailing images or videos clearly showing the issue to wecare@ayukrit.com.

    1. Mentioning your order ID and the problem encountered (e.g., leakage, tampered seal).

We will arrange a pickup within 4-7 business days and initiate a replacement or refund after verifying the product’s condition. In case of unavailability of stock, a full refund will be processed.


Refund Process for Returns

    • Refunds will be initiated within 2-5 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

    • For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be credited to the same account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a bank transfer after receiving your bank details.


Loyalty Points and Discount Vouchers

    • Loyalty points and discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will not be reissued for canceled or returned orders.


Refund Policy for Failed Deliveries

Refunds are applicable in cases where:

    1. The customer refuses delivery.

    1. The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.

    1. The address provided is incorrect or unreachable.

Refunds will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse.
